From June through november is Wal Shark season in the Golf of Mexico. Where the waters of the Golf of Mexico and the waters of the Atlantic Ocean blend the whale sharks find a lot of plankton to eat. Go swimming with these amazing animals in one of the last places on earth where this is still possible.

Whale Sharks get up to 12m long and are completely harmless for humans, since they feed only from plankton, that they filter from the water Where the water of the Golf of Mexico merges with the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, you’ll go for a swim with the biggest fish on earth, in one of the last places where this is still possible.
02:30 Pick up at your hotel
After the pick up at your Hotel, you go directly by A/C Bus to Chicila, a small fishing village at the shores of the Golf of Mexico, where the boats are waiting for you.
07:00 departure by boat
 In Chicilia you go into the boats (each for 6 pax)after 3-4 hours you’ll arrive the place where the whale sharks feed, these species can become up to 12 meters long, but they are totally harmless and only eat plankton, which permits the tourists to swim beside them. If you do not want enter in the water, you can admire and take photos from the boat. During the boat trip it is also possible to see other kind of sea life, like dolphins or rays.
14:00 arrival at Holbox island
After this incredible experience, they will take you to Holbox, which is an authentic Caribbean fishing island, where you can enjoy a relaxing moment on the beach and taste a delicious seafood meal.
16:00 departure back to the hotels
